Hello, in this thread I will be posting my workouts for the next six weeks. I am currently on a hypertrophy/strength routine; which includes htting each body part twice a week (one hypertrophy session, one strength session.) I will be resting Monday's and Fridays.

Have had phenomenal results so far, can not wait to see where I go with this!

Legs Hypertrophy today!

Hit a solid 10 sets of 5 reps Squatting. Then did 4x25 on the leg press to get blood pouring in! Legs felt like balloons. Finished of with a sumo dead lift and Leg Curls supersetted with Leg ext. Great workout!
